At xitee, I lead the software development department and cover all projects to deliver the final product to the required quality, time and budget. I also assign all relevant people to the projects. Although we are growing rapidly, I try to keep a family atmosphere that encourages collaboration. An agile approach and the ability to react quickly to change is key for me. I believe that the combination of technical know-how, a strong team spirit and the ability to adapt is what allows us to achieve optimal results and move our projects to a new level.

For four years I worked as a tester in a large international corporation. I wanted a change, so I joined xitee. Here, for ten years, I have been testing frontend, backend and mobile applications in projects of various sizes with colleagues not only from Czechia, but also from Slovakia, Germany, Italy, Sri Lanka etc. The skills and experience of each developer, tester, analyst are well valued and important here. The company supports further education, courses, trainings and career development so I do not look for any further job changes. And I love working in an office in the center of Prague and going to the nearby pubs for a beer with my colleagues.
