Do you want to be part of a development team? Are you interested in working on SW Development international projects?
We are currently looking for a UX Designer with German to join us. As a UX Designer you won’t just be drawing screens—you’ll be a problem solver.
What will you do:
- Create UX concepts from scratch—from defining customer needs and personas to mapping out user journeys and wireframing
- Work closely within an interdisciplinary team (Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and Product Owners) to turn complex business issues into elegant solutions
- Bring ideas to life through storytelling and prototyping—ranging from quick paper sketches to high-fidelity digital designs in Figma
- Design and conduct usability testing to ensure our solutions actually work for the end users
- Present your research findings and design rationale to stakeholders in an engaging and persuasive way
What do we expect from you?
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a UX Designer within software development
- Ability to design and lead UX research sessions independently
- Proficiency in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
- A creative mind that can quickly grasp complex business processes and translate them into user-friendly flows
- Confidence to lead workshops and present your work to various audiences
- Fluency in English is a must, as you’ll be communicating with international stakeholders
- A passion for creating elegant, pixel-perfect user experiences
What do we offer?
- Hybrid work from home and from office
- Interesting and challenging work in a small international IT-company in city centre (Prague 1 / Namesti republiky or Brno / Vlněna)
- Bonus system
- Trainings for a further development of your skills
- Possibility to work with various technologies and functionality
- Working on international projects (mainly German based)
- Company benefits (home office, sick days, paid public transport, Multisportcard, refreshments in the office, yearly Prague Public Transport ticket, Zoo card…)
- And very friendly team and atmosphere!
Looking forward to hearing from you! 🙂
