xITee? What are we doing? Who are we?

Our customers are primarily from three main sectors:

At Finance&Energy, we are active in development for the leading European stock markets. Possessing more than 15 years of experience from the finance sector where we started our business we have more than rich experience to launch bigger and more complex projects. For example, we are currently developing a brand-new greenfield trading system that has an advanced technology architecture and processes tens of thousands of events per second.

And Healthcare, we are working with the leading health insurance companies in Germany. We are currently developing a system for managing accounts of insured persons in a microservice architecture for one of the leading German health insurance companies. For example, we are also developing a system for the organization of assistance services for handicapped insured persons throughout Germany. Another hot trend in this area is digital aids paid for by health insurance, for example, the Apple watch app we are developing, based on the use of health data from the watch, which allows cardiologists to monitor the ECG of their patients.

The third and our newest sector is Digital Business. Keeping up with the market we have opened up further opportunities in this growing area, in the development of cloud-based solutions. A current example is building a platform for financing development projects, running on Microsoft cloud services (Azure).

Our goal is to develop high quality software for our customers, so we constantly monitor modern trends, improve our QA processes, pay attention to best practices, and strive to design software to be maintainable in the long term.

Front-end/Angular requirements (mid and senior front-end developer):

• 3+ years experience working with JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3
• Knowledge of UI development concepts like Responsive Design, SPA, modular design
• Experience with Sass and/or CSS Modules - knowledge of constructing layouts using flexbox and grid
• 5+ years experience with Angular (2+) framework (React or Vue also qualify) including solid knowledge of Typescript
• Experience with reactive programming and composing Observables using RxJS
• Experience in designing and building complex, highly scalable SPA applications
• Some experience in working with state management libraries such as NgRx or Redux would be nice to have
• Knowledge of accessibility and usability current web standards
• Strong awareness of code quality and clean reusable code
